Using Personal Health Info App, You can store/save your personal doctor's data, Like Doctor name, Contact address, Doctor's spatial field.
The app includes:
1 .Sign up and login
2. after Sign up or login ,user can see doctor's list screen, initially there is no records in the screen,
2.using floating action button or add doctor button, you can add new doctor.
3. You can see doctor's profile details by clicking list items.
4 You can also update or delete any doctor's profile what you have added previously.
5. This app will help you to remember previous doctor's information.
